TOP AIR Ltd. may support different logistics models, including customer-arranged pickup, coordinated delivery through logistics providers, direct shipment from supplier to partner, cross-border delivery, and discreet or blind shipping arrangements when required for the transaction.
Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, delivery method, Incoterms, and responsibility for transport risk are confirmed individually for each order.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the risk related to transport passes according to the agreed delivery terms or applicable Incoterms.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed individually with each customer.
TOP AIR Ltd. may request advance payment, partial payment, payment before dispatch, payment according to a proforma invoice, or other agreed payment terms.
Orders may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled if payment is not received on time or if the customer has overdue obligations.
All bank fees, currency conversion costs, and payment-related charges are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
9. Invoices and Taxes
Invoices are issued according to the information provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing correct company details, VAT number, billing address, and any other required invoicing information.
VAT treatment depends on the customer’s status, location, VAT registration, delivery destination, and applicable tax rules. TOP AIR Ltd. may request additional information or documentation in order to apply the correct tax treatment.
10. Returns, Claims, and Warranty
Returns are accepted only after prior written approval by TOP AIR Ltd.
The customer must inspect goods upon receipt and notify TOP AIR Ltd. in writing of any visible damage, missing items, incorrect products, or delivery discrepancies within a reasonable time after delivery.
Warranty terms depend on the product, brand, manufacturer policy, country, installation conditions, and applicable documentation.
Warranty claims may be rejected if the product has been installed, used, modified, transported, stored, or maintained incorrectly, or if the issue results from improper installation, external damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
TOP AIR Ltd. may request photos, serial numbers, installation documents, diagnostic reports, or other supporting evidence before processing a claim.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase are suitable for their intended use, market, project, technical requirements, installation conditions, and local regulations.
Professional customers are also responsible for proper installation, commissioning, maintenance, and compliance with applicable technical, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
TOP AIR Ltd. is not responsible for installation errors, incorrect product selection, improper use, or failure to comply with applicable laws, technical standards, or manufacturer instructions.
